Billboard is just a big, fat joke now. Trust me, if I had been more vocal, that "short, loud uprising" would've been slightly edited, if you catch my drift. ;)

Where's the 12/29 midweek? There isn't one. The BCU people are off for the holidays. Mid-week mongrel chart comes back on January 3, the good chart comes back on January 7. |

For next weeks chart is there going to be any recurrents other than the christmas songs? or will Greg Bates get 3 weeks outside the top 10? I know most of the songs will rebullet but I mean it's weird enough seeing him have 2 weeks.

This year is pretty odd because Christmas fell so early in the week. If Bates re-bullets he'll obviously stay on the chart. Maybe he can't re-bullet and drops off, but maybe there's even a chance he is bullet-less but still gets a final week since Billboard doesn't usually send songs recurrent during the tracking week that contains New Year's Day.
This year might be different though, if not all the droppers re-bullet, we might see some recurrents a week early. Darius Rucker is another one, who has had 3 straight bullet-less weeks now.

Thanks! I just started to receive it. For the Top 30 Country albums, only 6 albums do not have certifications. Just because they have not shipped 500k... Country labels have done a great job of certifying albums! |
