Really love the David Nail article in this issue. His story and perserverance are amazing. I'm really inspired by it along with the fantastic material he is putting out there. |

Will there be a Billboard Country Update tonight? I saw Billboard had the chart highlights up so I was just wondering if anybody knew.

Will there be a Billboard Country Update tonight? I saw Billboard had the chart highlights up so I was just wondering if anybody knew. No. The Billboard and Aircheck updates won't be published until tomorrow evening. BB still usually sends out the chart highlights even when it's a holiday. |

Anybody else notice the top 10 recurrent songs from Monday's Billboard? At #10 they list Jason Aldean's "My Kinda Party"...that has to be a mistake, lol  It's still a pretty popular gold tune but there's no way it got more than 10 million impressions last week. |

"Night Train" is definitely still a pretty popular recurrent but it hasn't been in the top 10 for a long time now. According to Mediabase it had 8.2 million impressions last week and the BB numbers are usually about 80% of the MB numbers.
I don't think the #10 recurrent is supposed to be an Aldean song at all. Last week it was "Whatever She's Got" and I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's actually supposed to be listed there. Other possibilities would be "Chillin' It", "Drink A Beer", "Compass", "I Hold On", "It Goes Like This", and "Helluva Life".
One thing's for sure, it definitely wasn't "My Kinda Party". That one didn't even have 500 total spins last week so there's no way it could've had 10 million in audience, let alone 2-3 million.
