This song earns its well deserved #1 spot on the urban chart after a slow, consistant rise for the last several months. I'm expecting this song to hang around for a long time before going recurrent.

The #1 Urban song in the country still hasn't made its debut on the radio in Urban radio's #1 market, New York City. So strange. Its totally amazing that NYC radio has ignored this song. I would have at least expected one of the urban AC's to pick up on this track.

"Must Be Nice" jumps 86-10 at New York's WBLS. It's up to #23 with a bullet at Power 105. It took New York long enough!
