This week, all by the #1 sold more than top 10 did last year. It would have been the entire top ten if it wasn't for U2.

Good job Lady A :) There #1 and saw an increase! Very happy!
But Taylor's out of the top 10 :( It might be able to sneak a few weeks more, but if not, It's been a great ride!
And SuBo still top 20! Where are the people who said it would disapear once the holiday's are over??

Good for Lady A! Sade held on strong. They should be at about 900k. 1 million should be here in the next two weeks or so.

SuBo did have a bigger than average decrease after Christmas though, showing a larger proportion of her sales as opposed to other artists were present sales, probably for mothers/grannies.

SuBo has been consistent. Her hype has died down. I just think people are interested in her as opposed to the hype (hope that makes sense).

Looks like it will be a race between Luda and Lady A. I think Luda will debut at #1 with 150k sold. I don't expect it to do much.

19R did sign Danny, they just announced it later than normal. It's a strong debut week for him and his rollout has been handled really well, better than some others from the last season of Idol.

Gokey probably will drop to 20K or so next week.

SuBo was the biggest seller through the holiday season, so of course it was going to drop majorly. But it has enjoyed a decent showing since, especially for an album not propelled by radio hits or videos (or much promo since).

Susan has done excellent, IMO. I expected (as well as many others here) for her to plummet to the 25-30k area by January so the fact that she's had such a gradual decline over the past three months is impressive considering how most people thought of it as a 'Holiday only seller' type
