I know it was released later in the year, but "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is so low.

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" wound up at No. 8 on the year-end 1992 countdown. :)

A non-single video promoting a documentary ends up at No. 37 for the year- that was the power of Madonna on MTV in the early 90s.

It has Arnold Schwarzenegger in it as the Terminator. It was on the soundtrack.

Yeah, I remember writing all these videos down on a piece of paper and was a little surprised at #1, being as it was never #1 on Casey or Shadoe's shows.
