This goes for adds next week. Considering her album sales, I don't see radio being all over this.

this is the song that samples Taxi? It wouldnt matter if her sales were better, this song is just a flop.

THEY SHOULD'VE GONE WITH SPORTS, SEX & FOOD AHHHHHH!!
Okay, I'm done now. I'll relax. I don't hate this song, I just like SS&F a lot better.
At least she didn't pull a Vanessa Carlton.

How come i've never heard this. The only song that talks abt cabs is "Taxi". I downloaded the album and this was not one of the songs. Is it like Brooke Valentine with "Playa"?
BTW, they should've went with "WDNNW"! SMASH!!!

Cab ride samples the Taxi theme song so it may be credited as taxi on the bootleg version. With Brooke that was a last minute addition.
WWDNW would flop harder than this. at least this has a chance (although a small one)

Taxi is a great example of a sample. Using Bob Jones' "Angela" was the perfect idea for that song. This is a good album. It's a shame that people choose Ciara and completely ignore Tweet. I swear the industry is ruining music.

this is "Taxi", the actually title is "Cab Ride" as Josh posted.... I love this song, but it's not a radio song AT ALL Maybe UAC will give it a chance though.

This could be a Tweet crossover hit if it does good. Im not sure how well radio will recieve this but considering there are worse songs on the radio then this, Cab Ride has a chance.

If this does well on Urban AC (which I think it will) I think it'll easily crossover to Urban and then if it does well there I think it could do okay on Rythmic, it has no chance at pop. "Cab Ride" has a lot going against it, it's following a single that didn't do to hot, it's supporting an album that has dropped out of the Billboard Top 200, and it's different from anything else on radio (which sometimes isn't a bad thing though)...however, it has a great thing going for it- it is an amazing and brilliant song that has been voted as the fan's favorite song on the album on various polls online...so good luck to "Cab Ride"...I hope it can turn Tweet's career around!

It's slowly starting to pick up, but it's numbers are sad. 4 spins @ Urban 4 spins @ Urban AC

"Oops" was a #1 R&B hit and "Call Me" was a #9 R&B hit. Sorry that the world doesn't revolve around pop radio.

"Oops" was a #1 R&B hit and "Call Me" was a #9 R&B hit. Sorry that the world doesn't revolve around pop radio. Did I say it did? I don't even listen to Pop radio... You can't just assume that i do. Also you can't really compare something like "Oops" to "call me" Since one was a hit and the other one was a minor hit that flopped everywhere else except for R&B.

It was a minor hit. I mean, it only charted on the Urban Chart. It's like saying "All because of you" by Marques Houston, which also went to #9, was a hit.
