He's a really good live performer. His voice can be annoying, but I think I've changed my mind about him. I've heard some of his other stuff and it's not that bad. I smell some hot Usher comparisons coming his way.

I'm almost embarrassed to say how much I like this song now. And he does all the choreography and still sings LIVE when he performs! I hope he doesn't blow up because I know its going to ruin him for me.

Yeah he sounded really good live. I think Juelz should've went off of the stage. He was just standing there looking stupid. lmao.

Run It! Producer(s): Scott Storch Writer(s): not listed Publisher(s): not listed Genre: R&B Label/Catalog Number: Jive/Zomba (CD promo) Source: Billboard Magazine Originally Reviewed: August 13, 2005
Scott Storch seems to be everywhere these days, including on the debut single for R&B newcomer Chris Brown. The track "Run It!" bears all the traces of a Storch production, from hard, synthesized keys to a dance-inducing beat. Brown does a laudable job of keeping pace with Storch's handiwork, crooning his 16-year-old heart out in this made-for-the-club song. Juelz Santana lends a verse to the single, further adding to its radio-friendly vibe. The heartthrob-in-training's fancy footwork and boyishly good looks are sure to help him find his way into the hearts of teen girls everywhere. Maybe that will lead Brown to the top of the charts. —Ivory M. Jones

This is in the Top 5 on the hot 100 isn't it? Anyone think he'll hit number 1?

This is in the Top 5 on the hot 100 isn't it? Anyone think he'll hit number 1? Yep, but I think it's currently like #8. I think it might hit #1, but I worry about "Don't Forget About Us" -- among other songs. It's jump/success reminds me of "Yeah!" to a certain extent, but more of a mini-Yeah, because that song had a huge bullet for a long period of time, we will see for this. I do believe they should move up the release date for that album, it is due 11/29.

I heard the official remix with Bow Wow done by Jermaine Dupri. I like it a lot more than the original. Its a completely new beat with two rap verses from Bow Wow.

The remix to this is terrible. It sounds sloppy or something.

The remix to this is terrible. It sounds sloppy or something. You mean the one with Juelz Santana? That remix isn't that different from the original minus the rapping bridge...
