They're playing it pretty heavily on Rhythmic stations here in Chicago. The more I hear it, the more I'm feeling it. This song is tight for real. I too am anticipating the release of his CD.

I've been hearing this for the last couple of weeks on my rhythmic station. I love it. I think it'd be amazing if he worked with Mariah.

Im really starting to get into this. I liked it on first listen, but wasn't hooked. The more I hear it on my iPod the more Im liking it, and I heard it on the radio tonight too. It's a ballad, and sort of depressing, but that piano sounds real nice and overall just a nice track. This is definitely my 'New and Active'/one to look out for song at the moment.

On the real, this is a jam, and the fact that it's getting mad support from Rhythmic stations is somewhat a testament to that fact. It's good that those stations are not counting him out and relegating him to the Urban stations because sometimes as an African-American artist or any artist in general, if a person does not fit into what would be considered their "home format," their chances of finding success elsewhere are slim to none, but NeYo is doing pretty good. What's up with that name though.

I just heard "When You're Mad" and he reminds me of an "My Way" type Usher. It's not really a bad thing.. it's not like he's trying directly to mimic him but his music is so good and catchy that that's the first thing I think of. He makes me excited about R&B again.

My song is "Get Down Like That"! Smooth R&B all the way through. I got like 6 songs from the album.

Yeah, it did flop. Except it did well in NYC, LA and maybe one or two other big cities. Oh... Well I Live In LA So That Explains My Thinking... Stay Was Hot Though! I Don't See Why It Underperformed. Of Course, I've Been Hearing "So Sick" On The Radio For At Least A Month Now. To Be Honest, I Heard "So Sick" BEFORE "Stay" & I Was Mildly Confused When I Saw The Video For A Different Song. I Thought "So Sick" Was The First Single. But Hey, "So Sick" Will Be The Song To Launch His Career Into Heavy Motion... So I've Been Sold On "So Sick" For The Longest. I'm A Fan All The Way. I'm with you Kid. I JUST heard Stay this week. I thought it was a second single. But my friend told me that it's old and I'm like...LOL. I def heard "So Sick" first. I heard a lot about the song, heard nothing of Stay. He def is talented. My concern is his marketability. He just doesnt strike me as a smash artist as far as image is concerned. And plus he's on def jam, who has produced nothing but flops on it's albums this year.

Yes, he definitely is the truth. It's also good to see that he netted a top 30 hit on the Billboard 100 this week. His song is increasingly picking up on radio. The great thing about it is that this song is being played on Rhytmic AND Urban AND even some Pop stations, so the appeal of the song has really pilfered into all musical arenas.

The bullet is slowing down alot... hopefully this is just because of the "holiday effect"... but should be a #1 hit. Hopefully.

This will undoubtedly be a multi-format SMASH. I predict it will go #1 on Pop, Urban and Rhythmic and become 2006's "Let me love you."
