This new Jaheim song is picking up adds at Urban radio. It's got a very 70's vibe. This guy is great. He's always doing these really classic sounding R&B tracks. My only slight problem is that it sounds like it would have fit right on Still Ghetto. Not that it's a bad thing. I'd rather this than for him to go totally contemporary since I love his soul thing. There's a remix featuring Jadakiss too.

Wow can't wait to hear this. I Love Jaheim. He's the male version of Syleena Johnson to me.

This song is really hot, it does have that 70s soul music sound but that is usual for him, he is the male Alicia Keys always doing great R&B music!....should do well on Urban!...radio needs this cause its real quality music, he wont cross over with this song but it is hot!

It's really amazing how his songs have held up at radio. Four of his six singles receive atleast 100 spins a week.

Yeah Jaheim holds up nicely. He's usually the only R&B male that I look forward to hearing new material from. I've forgiven him for that collabo with Nelly. It was hard to watch but I pulled through.

Jaheim had a song called "Forever" on his debut that was produced by Kay Gee I believe.

I still like this song, but I feel like it doesn't hold up as well as his biggest hits. That's one reason I'm worried about this getting sent to radio so long after it originally leaked.

This has been temporarily pulled as the lead single. Thank goodness. I think he can come better than this.

Okay, it's back on for next week. On off, on off, clap on, clap off. Seriously this song is looking more and more like a flop every day.

I don't know what they're doing. The video was shot months ago. I saw pics from the shoot somewhere.
I don't like this anyway. I want him to release another "Put That Woman First."

My sister and I were talking about this song yesterday. While it's a good song, it is not a good lead single. The lead single is supposed to get people energized to buy the CD, which does not mean that it has to be an uptempo but it's supposed to have a certain energy/uniqueness. This song really sounds like a good filler track and/or a good, final single off the CD to give it a little more momentum and a last hurrah, but not as a first single. Even with the addition of Jadakiss does not save the cut. I just hope that WBR get their act and minds together and do something with this CD and do not let it flop because Jaheim is destined to be a classic artist and urban radio will play the right songs; although I do hear this song here in Chicago relatively often.

But really, now that I think about it, none of Jaheim's lead singles have been that great. They were cool but they didnt scream "this is a first single." He always makes up for it with the second and third singles.

I did like "Fabulous" a lot, but I thought "Put That Woman First" was much better... and "Anything" was easily my favorite single from the first album.
