I thought she was Joe the entire night? Did I miss something? No. But even that was slightly ... not boring, but ... I don't know. She was entertaining, undoubtedly, but not too aesthetically attractive like usual. |

Well, she was a man who works as a mechanic for the entire night so aesthetically pleasing in traditional ways probably wasn't her goal  I know what you mean though-I do miss her dramatic get-ups, but I am impressed she decided not to do that and rather stayed very, very in character the entire night. Very hard to do and in some ways harder than just throwing on a dress and crazy shoes to be the Gaga we expect. ^^Gaga has had so many fabulous looks but her arrival ensemble last year was one of the best.
I kinda did miss seeing her rock various looks but she really did a good job playing Jo.

Love that video... the only part I felt uncomfortable was when Britney was trying to accept her speech but some parts were still funny/cool. :)

She falls out of character during her thank you speech, but for the most part, it's cool to see her try something unexpected. After watching Nicki and Katy trying to pull off crazy looks, and pretty much failing, I'm glad Gaga decided to take a different route.

I think the VMA Paparazzi performance is one of the best (if not the best) she's done. So, so good.
Single-wise... next up, I'm thinking they'll go for Hair. Just because she can do so much with it. I'd personally like to see Schiesse, but BTW/TEOG/Y&I/Hair/MTN all compliment each other as singles, so it's probably best to keep going with that sort of sound.
