The California-based (but Tennessee-bound) Educational Media Foundation will acquire Haddox Enterprises' WFFF-FM (Star 96.7), FCC-licensed to Columbia.

WFFF-FM's format is classic hits...for now.

Haddox will hold on to WFFF (1360) as well as its FM translator, W230CS (93.9). WFFF (AM)'s format is classic country.
