Anyone remember the 1991 dance instrumental by Frankie Knuckles called "The Whistle Song"? It was big in the UK but never did well for pop crossover status in the USA.

This song did better on rhythmic stations like Hot 97 New York, Power 106 Los Angeles, and KMEL San Francisco. However, My rhythmic station (b96) did not play this one. I heard this song much later during a mix show set on urban WGCI. This is one of Frankie's signature songs and considered a house classic by many.
