Amercian Top 40 with Ryan Seacrest Chart

I'm listening as I write. New theme music started things off. Ryan mentioned some of the new features. Ludacris is this week's "spotlight artist" who'll be joining Ryan later on in the show. He recapped last week's top 5 playing drops of all 5 songs. He also said a big "thank you" to Casey for all of the years he's done show.

That's actually the first time I've ever heard the J.C. Chasez song... holy crap, I hate it.

Funny that CHUM refers to this as "North American Top 40" in all their promos, and yet so far there's no differences from what will be heard on US stations (aside from the lack of national commercial spots).

Just to clarify:

JonD, you didn't miss a helluva show. One, it's not a helluva show at all. Plus, it's still on. I think the first post tells all you need to know.

Cubby wasn't on, not surprisingly. It was just a poorly staged cell phone call, and Cubby wasn't a part of it. At least the staff showed they could act. What's next, an AT40 movie?

I'll figure out what to think of this show after it's finished, but you can tell my opinion of it already.
