It's amazing, but here in the Lakeland/Winter Haven, Florida market, there is only ONE station that is LIVE AND LOCAL from 6AM until 12M, and it's no surprise that it is the only station that pulls double digit ratings in a market that has to compete with stations from both Tampa/St. Petersburg AND Orlando: Hall Communications' 97 Country, WPCV. It has been the longtime dominator around here, usually getting nearly three times the 12+ overall rating than it's nearest competitor (usually CCC's Tampa CHR 93.3 WFLZ).

I live in Connecticut, and also hear a lot of New York stations as well, and I can only think of a handful that aren't totally live during that time frame (at least during the week).
There are two stations in my listening area that play Delilah and one that plays Carson Daly, but that's all I can think of.

Most of the stations around here play Lia, Delilah, Country from the Heart, or some other show after 7 pm central time. There are a few exceptions. KHOT and KTTS would be exceptions.

Radio-locator finds KHOT-AM in California and KHOT-FM in Arizona. KTTS is in Springfield, Missouri and since you said Central Time Zone that must be where you are, so are you sure you meant KHOT? Is it a station that changed call letters recently? Do you mean KHTO or KHOZ? Those stations are in the ratings. I've never heard of Lia. I've never heard of Country From The Heart either, but I don't need to ask what format it is. The stations I know the most about are WHTZ and WBLI (both CHR-Pop). WHTZ plays to four hour countdowns and five one hour countdowns for 13 hours a week that don't fit. The five one hour countdowns are Carson Daly which the station has it's own countdown, and claims Carson is in the studio, but it's still somebody that's on many radio stations. WBLI has TRL Weekend for three hours and as far as I know is local the other 165 hours a week. I don't know of any syndicated programming on the CHR-Rhythmic, Urban, or Urban Adult Contemporary stations (WKTU, WQHT, WWPR, WBLS, and WRKS).

I meant KHTO...sorry.
Lia is the country version of Delilah. I had never heard "Country From The Heart" until a few weeks ago when a local station added it.
Also...I think Open House Party is on the CHR/Pop station here on the weekends. On the country stations there are many countdowns... Jeff Foxworthy, ACC w/Bob Kingsley, Lon Helton, and a local countdown.

You won't be hearing Open House Party because KHTO changed formats. Go to the CHR-Pop News section of R and R.

Most music stations here are live and local, even the Clear Channels! Only one that may not be are XHCR and KOCL. One of our sports stations, XPRS, is live and local from 6a-11p on weeknights (midnight on Friday nights because of the high school football score show).
