'DFY' sneak peek
I've always envisioned the video to be something like DC's 'Cater 2 U' performance at the BET Awards, but w/a retro twist.

Not watching any of it on VEVO, waiting til I go to Best Buy (hopefully today or tomorrow) and pick it up to peep it so ya'll better not put any spoilers in here til then. I'm loving the concept of the "Dance For You" video even though I'm sure it will be seen as very controversial to some. It looks like it could be the best bonus video imo, and best of the era besides RTW.

I'm loving the concept of the "Dance For You" video even though I'm sure it will be seen as very controversial to some. Well it's a sexy song and from what we've seen she's keeping it classy as usual, so they'll have to DEAL Oh and the Queen acknowledging the standom? Priceless. :'(

A lot of the urban audience jump all over Bey's dick whenever it comes to racial stuff like that (the Loreal ad, the blackface cover)

Wasn't too keen on the Roseland gig on Vevo. I mean, it was nice to get first time performances of a few of the 4 songs, but the first half she's done before a million times, and better (with the Vegas show) and the interspersed End Of Time footage just made me want to watch The Glastonbury one (cause the changes were kind of annoying).
The highlight was the I Was Here performance and that I'd already seen on Vevo a few days before, so...

I Am...World Tour > I Am...Yours DVD > The Beyonce Experience > Live at Roseland The Beyoncé Experience > I Am...Yours > Live at Roseland (for the 4 part) > Glastonbury > I Am...World Tour. The one with the best performances and Oscar-worthy cinematography at the end? Your DVD would be called I Am...Wrong.

It's going to be hard to pit the Roseland concert against the others because it wasn't as big a production as the others, but with the throwback/candid clips interspersed in it I'm sure it's amazing too. I have the car today so I'm picking the DVD up later but I caved and took a peep at the "Party" performance last night and I love how they shot it! I love it more than the actual music video for it.
If the whole thing is shot like that then it will prob be among my favorites right behind "I Am...Yours" because of how personal it is.

I played one of my mixed cd's in the car, and Kitty Kat came on. The speakers were booming. Love this woman.

Rather Die Young and I Miss You are my new songs from this cd. Rather Die Young is a masterpiece, definitely my favorite from the album. In my mind I could only imagine how amazing of a video it could of had. I love 4, such a great album through and through. It's made me into a fan and not just someone who likes a handful of her songs from her other albums.

I can't judge Live at Roseland b/c I haven't seen it yet. But if we're talking about the tours from each era (seeing how we may not have one, I suppose Live at Roseland would be our "tour DVD"), The Beyonce Experience is by far her best tour.

Your DVD would be called I Am...Wrong. The whole Pop ballads/Becky section brings it down for me I like I Am...Yours better because she did the acoustic set and it sounded amazing. The Beyoncé Experience was HARDCORE. <3

The Beyonce Experience wasn't all that though... That's a damn lie from the pits of hell and you know it! The I Am Tour DVD is just straight up better. Not only does Beyonce look better, the costumes are better, the performances are better, and the filming is incredible. I mean Freakum Dress alone >>>>>>>>>

The I Am Tour had too many theatrics. The Beyonce Experience was moreso about the music & the performances, not so much the costumes & the stage layouts. Given, some of the songs she sung on IAT was better b/c her vocals & dance moves improved from the previous era. IAT's setlist was ok, her performances were awesome, but it can't hold a candle in the wind to TBE

The Beyonce Experience is light years better than the I Am Tour DVD IMO. The editing and cross-cutting on that one was a mess. Not to mention the setlist was better on TBE.
The I Am... Yours Wynn DVD was better than the I Am Tour DVD also IMO.
