^IMO, Imma Be is atrocious, can't stand that song I mean their singles from The E.N.D. aren't exactly the best in quality, but I appreciate the fact they do fun tracks, not caring about what other people think, but Imma Be shouldn't have been released as a single

I mean I wasn't really a huge fan of Imma Be, but peaking at #1 on the Hot100 and #2 on Pop, and your saying it "shouldn't have been released?". It went freakin #1, obviously it was right to release. But I do agree, I much prefer MMH/IGF/Poppy BEP to "harder" BEP. I mean Where is the Love and Don't Lie are my favorite Peas songs <3

I just think they should've released 'Missing You' over 'Imma Be' even if it went #1.

The right singles were released in the right order. I may have substituted RYB for Alive.

BEP's whole pop shtick is honestly starting to get on my nerves I hope this album has more hip-hop/urban leaning material and "Imma Be" was the perfect choice for the 3rd single i mean it went #1 on the Hot 100 and it was a cross-format Top 10 smash not to mention many thought it would be the 2nd single before they released IGF

I think that Rock That Body was a mistake as it's polorizing and a little too similar to Imma Be. It didn't garner as much attention as the other singles that era either.
Other than that, the E.N.D. era was extremely well-handled. Quality-wise, it was half-and-half for me. I think the BEP *can* be really good when they try, but often times they don't and just put out garbage. Being a lead single I hope this one is good though and I hope it doesn't sound like everything else right now.

Most of the time with me, the only decent songs on their albums are the material they release as singles. Especially with 'The End'. The only songs I really cared for that weren't singles were 'Alive' and 'Missing You'.

I think all their singles were smart moves, and should've been released, whether people think they were atrocious or not. It worked for them, and that's all that really matters. The only stupid mistake in that whole era was not releasing Missing You, I have no idea why they didn't release that to close off this era... Apart from that, it was one of the best handled eras in the past years.

It surprises me how many people hate 'Rock That Body'. It was my second favorite single from 'The E.N.D.' after 'I Gotta Feeling'.

I got a sneak peak of the chorus lyrics:
I'm the the club (the club!) And on the floor (the floor!) Having the time (the time!) Of My Life (Life! Life! Life!) I got no worries (worries!) I got my drink (Drink!) Cause I am having (having!) The Time Of My Life (Life!)

Rock That Body was pretty cool. It does take a while to get used to Fergie's annoying chipmunk voice, though. I also liked Imma Be. A little repetitive, sure, but not bad. And, the awesome Electric City and Party All the Time would've smashed. :'(

I don't think anything else on the album besides 'Alive' or 'Missing You' would've done anything substantial.

Supposedly the new single, but only Will.I.Am is singing lyrics..
Mostly just instrumental of the song.. sort of like a DUB version.

I loved "Meet Me Halfway" and couldn't stand the rest of the singles from The E.N.D., so I'm hoping for something similar to that one, as unlikely as that probably is.
Edit: I just watched part of the video above. Oh god, please tell me this isn't going to heavily sample the Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes hit. But at least the beat sounds like it might have potential.

Oh my God. Seriously?
Monkey Business-type material or GTFO.

I don't care that it's urban-sounding. I do care that it's obnoxiously repetitive and sounds like a cow being turned inside out.

The songs on 'The END' are so overproduced. 'Elephunk' & 'Monkey Business' are much better and easier on the ears.

no matter what this sounds like, people are going to be comparing it to I Gotta Feeling and E.N.D. That being said I really hope its a up-beat party song.

I think "Money Business" had better material but it wasn't as cohesive as "The END" is, imo. The main problem with E.N.D is that it gets old fast I guess but when it first dropped, it was the $hit. Everyone was loving it on pretty much every forum I went on...now it's a completely different story.

that video sounds somewhat promising, but at the same time a little disappointing that they didn't go into a different direction. But that has to be a remix. Sounds kinda like a Chuckie mix

Not a fan of BEP, but probably I will like this song just because based on this clip they used at least in the chorus the melody and the lyrics of "Time of my life" from "Dirty Dancing"
