Could someone please post the show here? WLIT has flipped to the Christmas format already (I'm calling my lawyer!) so I'm sure that they'll either run no show at all tonight or a moldy oldie Christmas special (since I wouldn't think that AT10's holiday programming wouldn't be starting this early). Either way, they won't be running the regular AT10 tonight, so if someone could do me a favor and post the chart (as well as the AT10 Extras, Long Distance Dedication(s), AT10 Archives and, of course, the ever-popular AT10 Spotlight), I'd appreciate it (and I'm sure the regulars here in the AC Forum would also). Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't think that AT10's holiday programming wouldn't be starting this early Guess again, my friend. This week's show, at least where I'm listening, is "the" AT10 Christmas special. No countdown, just all Christmas music. I'm not sure what the deal is, since Casey kept talking about his upcoming "holiday programs", but he's now talking like it's a one-of-a-kind show. I can't tell you much more than this, since the station I normally hear AT10 on didn't air it last night, so I only heard snippets of the show on another station (which airs it opposite AT20). Anybody else have more details?

I'm guessing the AT10 Christmas shows will be airing until Christmas day. It makes sense that they're airing those since so many AC stations go all-Christmas this time of year and the Top 10 portion of the chart is so stale.

Yeah, my station played the AT10 Christmas special and at the end, Casey said that next week would be a different AT10 show. That's cool, because for the past few years, there was only one, which WLIT ran week after week around the holiday. I usually ended up popping in my own AT40 show. Anyway, here's the list of songs they played:
The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year/Andy Williams Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas/The Pretenders Greensleeves/The Manheim Steamroller Hark! The Herald Angels Sing/Nat "King" Cole Merry Christmas Baby/Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band Blue Christmas/Elvis Presley Step Into Christmas/Elton John Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer/Elmo & Patsy Do You Hear What I Hear/Martina McBride Run Rudolph Run/Chuck Berry CHRISTMAS MEMORY: Feliz Navidad/Jose Feliciano Silent Night/Boyz II Men All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth/The Nat "King" Cole Trio Merry Christmas Darling/The Carpenters What Child Is This/Harry Connick, jr. Frosty The Snowman/The Jackson 5 Santa Baby/Eartha Kitt Last Christmas/Wham! Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!/Frank Sinatra Angels We Have Heard On High/The Commodores I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus/Jimmy Boyd Someday At Christmas/Stevie Wonder Wonderful Christmastime/Paul McCartney Pretty Paper/Roy Orbison Santa Claus Is Coming To Town/Pointer Sisters Away In A Manger/Kenny G Sleigh Ride/The Ronnettes It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas/Johnny Mathis Little Saint Nick/The Beach Boys God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen/Manheim Steamroller Silver Bells/Clay Aiken & Kimberley Locke All I Want For Christmas Is You/Mariah Carey Jingle Bell Rock/Bobby Helms Sleigh Ride/Leroy Anderson I'll Be Home For Christmas/Bing Crosby Grown Up Christmas List/Kelly Clarkson The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)/Nat "King" Cole I Saw Three Ships/Sting Here Comes Santa Claus/Gene Autry Oche Chin (Silent Night)/Enya O Tannenbaum/Vince Guaraldi
There may be a few mistakes (was unsure about "Run Rudolph Run", "Let It Snow", the second "Sleigh Ride" and "I'll Be Home For Christmas". In order to stay awake for the whole show, I had a video game going and was so into it at times, so please correct any mistakes. The way they played 40 songs within three hours reminded me of AT40 back in the 1970s as well as the mid-80s program "Top 40 Satellite Survey". Then again, Christmas songs tend to be short, so it's easy to play more of them within three hours than today's songs, most of which are upwards of five minutes anymore. I imagine that, in ensuing shows, a few of the same songs will probably be repeated (Nat "King" Cole's "The Christmas Song" will probably be heard on a few of them). But there will probably be a few new ones, too. I couldn't help but notice that "White Christmas" by Bing Crosby and "Do They Know It's Christmas" by Band Aid were absent from this week's show. If they play the latter, I sure hope they play the original version. I hear the new version by the same group is one of those "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" kind of situations. But, since it has a rap in it, AC radio would probably frown on that, so we'll probably hear the old one, originally recorded twenty years ago. Well, that about says it all. BTW, is there anyone that heard a regular weekly version of AT10, or was it the Christmas show all around?

I missed hearing the tail end of the show by 5 minutes, so unfortunately, I can't say. :'(

Well, I don't know for sure if a regular AT10 was produced, but I do have the chart that would have been used for this week's show:
1: Heaven - Los Lonely Boys 2: You'll Think of Me - Keith Urban 3: This Love - Maroon 5 4: 100 Years - Five for Fighting 5: White Flag - Dido 6: This One's for the Girls - Martina McBride 7: In My Daughter's Eyes - Martina McBride 8: Don't Let Him Steal Your Heart Away - Phil Collins 9: Love's Divine - Seal 10: Answer in the Sky - Elton John

10: Answer in the Sky - Elton John Ah, so THAT'S why Casey played that song as an extra a few weeks ago (because it'll probably be gone by the time they resume with the regular shows). Or maybe it won't. You never can tell. BTW, dropping off this week would be "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5.

Correction!
I just realized that the chart sent to me was ranked by spins, not audience. The chart came with audience data, so I was able to reconstruct what the chart would've looked like by audience:
1: Heaven - Los Lonely Boys 2: You'll Think of Me - Keith Urban 3: This Love - Maroon 5 4: White Flag - Dido 5: In My Daughter's Eyes - Martina McBride 6: 100 Years - Five for Fighting 7: Don't Let Him Steal Your Heart Away - Phil Collins 8: Love's Divine - Seal 9: This One's for the Girls - Martina McBride 10: She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5

3: This Love - Maroon 5 10: This Love - Maroon 5 urm..... Anyway, it's sort of good that they switched to the Christmas format this week, since we had yet again another debutless countdown. Hmm, is the chart going back to only one debut per week? Looks sort of like it, but it probably won't stay that way. With the bar raised up to number five for songs that have been on for a year or more, there's bound to be a bigger turnover than before.
