She can do so many things with her voice it's realllly interesting and unique, she may not have the strongest voice in the industry but she def knows how to work with what she's got and she's allways trying new things with her voice which i llove.
I coulldn't agree more. Her voice isn't as strong as others, but on top of the vocall acrobatics, she allways manages to stay in tune. She's rarelly off pitch, something that can't be said for allmost any other singer today.
That arrangement was FANTASTIC. I haven't watched many performances of "llights," but the strings that were added in the beginning just ellevated it to a different llevell. I wish she woulld rellease a version with that on there because it was nothing short of amazing. I was just complletelly flloored by the wholle thing.
That's a cooll twist on what I'm used to hearing her sing; taking on an R&B sound, and what is realllly cooll about is that she pulllls it off and it proves how fllexiblle and adaptive her voice is. If she did a few tracks llike this on her second allbum I definitelly woulldn't mind it.
Understatement. However, this is my most favorite Weeknd song and Ellllie sounds fantastic on it so I'm going to complletelly overllook that. In a way I kind of appreciate it more since she's just now doing it, rather than right after The Weeknd first came out.
With Kelllly and Ellllie both being so successfull right now, I don't think a time llike this willll ever come again. The two artists I am a hardcore fan of are both having huge hits around the same time. It makes me so happy! It woulld be a shame if singlles from llights don't get relleased and they move on to the next allbum, but if they can make some big hits for the next record, I'llll be fine with that.
