Katy Perry - Let's not even go there, tbh.I don't think Katy Perry or Lady Antebellum stand a chance, tbh. It's definitely a three horse race between AF, Gaga and Eminem.I want Katy to win.

I think it's pretty safe to say it's between Arcade Fire and Eminem.

Eminem or Gaga.
I think Gaga should win, but I have a feeling they're going to give it to Marshall.

I think it'll be either Gaga or Eminem.
Katy is lucky she's even nominated.

Katy is lucky she's even nominated. THIS. It's a nice album, but to represent one of the 5 best of the year? Wowza.

I think that Katy was nominated because of her huge year. That's the only explanation I can think of. She hasn't proven to be a Grammy favorite, so we can't give her the same excuse Sasha Fierce got last year.

"Revolution", Miranda LambertOh, wait -- snubbed. "The ArchAndroid", Janelle MonaeOh, wait -- snubbed. "Recovery", Eminem It still stuns me how Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" could make the ballot to represent the best albums of 2010. Was 2010 really that bad of a year for music?

Teenage Dream you'll put on repeat. Can't say that for TFM. Maybe you will. But TFM >>>> Teenage Dream, for me at least.

Katy Perry AOTY nomination really makes Grammys look like a joke (although they are not, just referring to a certain poll). :) Nothing against her, but how the hell did that happen? Critics hated it, album sales were average or below average. Based on successful singles? Should not she just have been nominated for singles then? Strange.

Mumford & Sons, Janelle Monae, Sade, Jay-Z and many others could have filled that 5th spot.

22 people, or about 1/5th guessed Arcade Fire to win. More people thought Eminem or GaGa would get it.

I'm one who cynically thinks the Grammy noms and wins are bought more often than earned, so I was rather confused that Capitol would choose to put all its buying power behind a nomination that was sure to look like a joke, rather than backing one or both of California Gurls/Teenage Dream in singles categories where she not only looked legitimate, but even stood a chance of winning. It just made no sense at all for them to do her like that, and it's not like they can 'save' those songs to push for the 2012 Grammys. Maybe this nomination is proof that things aren't rigged as I think, and Grammy voters are just really stupid.

I'd say the Grammy voters really are stupid in many cases.

I looked at this as a Arcade Fire vs. Eminem showdown, since I didn't think an EP would win, Lady Antebellum had a fair chance but not to the extremes that the Top 2 did, and Katy Perry didn't deserve it. Mumford & Sons should've filled Katy Perry's spot.

I voted correctly here. I was on Team Arcade Fire from the beginning.
