No, we could never hate you, Dev. People have just got some ammo for when you call bands like New Medicine crap.

I agree, Matt (I think that's your name lol). I should get to know everyone's names, including Artie's (it's definitely a technologically advanced robot who doesn't research any information it obtains, all while smoking pot). We shall call him DingBot.

I asked Artie what his name was and what radio station he works at. He never told me either.

I take back "he's a technology advanced robot". He's probably de-vanced. Hey, where has Pipa been to? Never seen him on the board in a while. ???

I'm guessing he's a busy person and doesn't have time to post on this board frequently. I'd like to post more often as well, but college life eats up my time.

Their past album covers were all pretty wicked, but this one sucks worse than ass. It would've been better if it had nothing on it all.

Thanks for ruining this band, Roadrunner. Great work. How can you be so sure that they're to blame? Maybe Tyler Connolly just wants to be famous so badly that he's completely spearheaded their trend after seeing Hinder and Buckcherry's success.

Three bands that used to not be cock rock that have been flung increasingly in that direction while on Roadrunner. Coincidence? Maybe. But I'd sooner think it's outside influence.

For a cock rock song it's not terrible. I suspect that this will be a guilty pleasure of mine for some time.

"Black Stone Cherry" have rapidly changed.

I would argue The Long Road showed the first signs, although Figured You Out was more of a derisive song, not a celebration, therefore I don't necessarily count it.

My mistake, but my point stands that Nickelback didn't just join the trend out of nowhere like BSC.

Nickelback used to be grunge. Then post-grunge when The State came out (which discussed some serious-ish topic and some not-so serious-ish topics), then had some of their most serious material on Silver Side Up. I would agree that they started showing signs of cocky rock on The Long Road, then All the Right Reasons was a full-out pop/rock/cock fest with the exception of a Dimebag Darrel tribute song. Dark Horse was mostly cock rock and pop, with the exception of maybe "Just to Get High" (ironic) and maybe "If Today Was Your Last Day."
