Second single from their debut self-titled album. The first single (think Jamie may have made a thread for it) came pretty close to the top 50 on Active. Goes for adds July 12th.

Two of their members were in Splender who had the radio hits "Yeah, Whatever" and "I Think God Can Explain". They were my favorite band in middle school. I'm mostly rooting for this band, but it's also getting in the way of a Splender reunion so I have mixed feelings.

I didn't know that Splender members were involved in this. I'm really digging this band though.

I didn't know that Splender members were involved in this. Yeah, me either. I loved Splender back in the day, so I guess it makes sense on why I like this band from what I've heard from them as well.

Wow, other Splender fans! Both albums were awesome in my opinion, especially Halfway Down The Sky, which is a top 10 all-time favorite in my collection.

I've only heard the two "hit" Splender songs, but they sounded pretty neat. I wasn't aware they had members in this band, either. Maybe this one will get them a top 50.

I like this song better than "Medicate". I really should buy this album or see a show of theirs if I save up enough money and support two of my childhood heros.

Listened to their album the other day. Bitterly disappointing, I thought. Nothing really matched the epicness of "Wide Awake."

Top 50 - Active (re-entry)
54 49 EDISUN - Wide Awake (Riot in This Town) 106 93 13 0.117
More of a legitimate entry this time with over 100 spins. Would love to see this go top 40, but I doubt it happens.
