Her most underrated album, IMO. This is not only my favorite P!nk album, but one of my favorite albums of all time. I just love every song so much. Very R&B as opposed to the pop/rock of her following albums. Singles: 1. There You Go (Feb. 2000) 2. Most Girls (Sept. 2000) 3. You Make Me Sick (Feb. 2001) *Release dates are from Wikipedia and therefore may not be accurate.

It's certainly not bad at all, but it's completely bizarre to think this is even a Pink album now. It's funny because if this had flopped and she'd never got to release a follow up we'd never have know what she was capable of. Things like that make me question how many one hit wonders had untapped potential in completely different styles of music, and the possibility of becoming great live performers with long careers.
Anyway, as far as this album is concerned my favourites are "Love Is Such A Crazy Thing" and especially "Let Me Let You Know", which was written by Robin Thicke. The singles were fun too, but Kevin Briggs and Kandi's productions all sound soooo dated now that they can only function as nostalgia to me.

There is not a song on this album I care for. Thank God she moved away from this crap.

tbf, I remember watching the "There You Go" video as my first impression of her, and it just seemed so weird that she was doing a song like that. I genuinely liked "Most Girls" (though I probably wouldn't say I love it), and that was probably the most natural-sounding of those singles. (Interestingly, while not in order, those 3 songs are right next to each other in the album's sequence). It's clear that these songs weren't as much her own direction as the labels/producers. Later on, things were looking more smoothed out and she'd at least collaborate with writers who were in line with her ideas.
I always felt she had potential, but I didn't really like her stuff until I'm Not Dead (which is great), honestly.

LOLOLOL "Most Girls" came up on shuffle on my iPod as soon as I opened this thread!
I only listen to 4-5 songs from this album depending on my mood, but the singles are still FIYAH!!!! I screamed with joy at the medley of those three songs on The Truth About Love Tour and sang along with every word. Then I felt old when I looked around at the teens and pre-teens looking like question marks when she played those songs.

One of my fav albums. "Love Is Such A Crazy Thing" came up on shuffle and I literally had it on repeat for an hour. Love that album!

Split Personality and Hiccup still get random plays from me besides the singles.

I love her debut album. And her early singles get a great reception in concert. You can definitely tell who's been a fan from the beginning. :)

Yeah, this album has dated horribly. But the singles give me nostalgia, and I like a few of the slower songs, like "Let Me Let You Know" and "Stop Falling."

The album is soooo mediocre. But I do love the singles. I was definitely one of the people on her last tour that flipped shit when she did the medley. It was hilarious though, no one else seemed to know them.

Still use Most Girls to this day, but I agree, it is very weird to think of this as a P!nk album, it is so different from anything else she has put out! But it was certainly a good pop/R&B album!!!

Still my favorite P!nk album. Of course it's super dated, as are most albums from this time, but I live for the 1999/2000 She'kspere sound. Reminds me of my childhood. It's much better than The Truth About Love or even Try This.
I recently gained a stronger appreciation for "Let Me Let You Know," as provided by the now infamous Robin Thicke.

This one is underrated as well imo. I prefer pop-rock P!nk, but this album is really good. It's still weird to hear this one in sequence or in relation to her other albums, but I love it.
The singles are some of my favorites in her whole discography. Especially "Most Girls". It's in my top five P!nk songs ever. And I loved the video for "There You Go".
I'm going to have to agree that it is better than Try This, and it's really close to The Truth About Love for me.

I love her debut album. And her early singles get a great reception in concert. You can definitely tell who's been a fan from the beginning. Same here. It will always be my favorite era from her. Her debut makes me feel totally nostalgic about that time when I was in middle school and the year 2000. I much prefer her R&B music/earlier work in comparison to her albums from her later years. I really miss her bright, hot pink hair. She looked so hot in it.
