Another favorite song off of Glad Christmas Tidings which is the live cd/dvd of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir featuring David. Really enjoy seeing how much David obviously loves singing this song. There is just this look of bliss on his face.

I'm seeing him in concert Friday! But I still haven't bought/heard any of the MoTab stuff. /badfan. Any recommendations on which ones I should check out first?

I wish I could see David during this concert tour. He is not coming anywhere near me. Congrats to you, I'm sure you will have a great time. Have you seen the new interview that David did with USA today? He said that the last tour the Christmas portion was more reverent and sacred but that this time he wanted it to be more fun. Here is the interview: content.usatoday.com/communities/idolchatter/post/2011/11/david-archuleta-my-kind-of-christmas/1My absolute favorite Glad Christmas Tidings song is Los pastores a belen. It is so fun and lively. David gets into the performance with his whole body. I read a blog from David's vocal coach that said that the composer of the MOTAB wanted to do a slower version of the song but it was David who wanted to do the more uptempo version. Gesu Bambino is my second favorite. I also love Silent Night. It is the same arrangement on his Christmas Album. I love Angels from the Realms of Glory and Joy to the World. Though I do prefer David's version on his Christmas Album. Nothing beats that ending. The only song I'm not feeling is the Cat & Mouse Carol. You might love it though. It is a favorite with a lot of fans.
