Both of them underwhelmed me to the point where I didn't end up buying either like I usually do for both artists. But, I'll pick 4, mainly because of 1+1.

Wut. Anyway, to be totally honest, they are both great albums, but 4 slays Talk That Talk hard and has it for breakfast.

Actually harder than I thought it would be. I went with Beyonce, if only because her vocals are infinitely superior to Rihanna's... Other than that, I simply enjoy Beyonces throwback a lot more than Rihanna's addition to her pop collection. Both have better, though.

The Queen of R&Bey delivered a very solid and fulfilling album while Rihanna delivered some decent material that really wasn't as satisfying. Team "4" please.

"4" is a well-crafted, well thought-out collection of songs that reflect where beyonce was in her life.
"talk that talk" is a set of great-to-mediocre pop songs, calculated to give rihanna at least 3 more number ones.

Neither are amazing. Both have their stand out tracks but are over powered by their fillers.
Voted for Talk That Talk. Where Have You Been>Anything on 4.

4 is the correct answer, the other option is not.

TTT, 4 loses because of the first and last tracks.

I cry at how underrated 1 + 1 is. Breaks my heart. I'm like that with RTW!!! One of my favorite Beyonce songs yet so hated by everyone :( I voted "4"...although TTT is good and has some potential chart killers on it :)

Can I vote for both? They're so different. But I guess I'm gonna go with TTT...
4 has quality by its side but TTT is much more enjoyable and there ain't no bad tracks except for farewell... not that they're all perfect but it's cohesive. as for 4 there are some sub par songs (start over, i miss you, i was here. the rest, i must say, mostly slay. i care >>>>> rihanna's carreer)
plus, birthday cake gives me life.

Really torn on this one. They're both disappointments for me. I only like about half the tracks on both albums. But 4 has 4 tracks in the middle that I'm always skipping: Party through Love on Top. On the other hand TTT has a lot of average tracks but it's mostly the bonus tracks + the oversung Drunk on Love I don't care for. Both albums start off really good, get dull in the middle and end off good (excluding TTT's bonus tracks) But my 2 favs off TTT (WFL and TTT) s**t all over my 2 favs off 4 (BTINH and I Was Here). So for that reason I'm going with Rihanna

4. TTT has too many fillers, although it has higher highs.
