I wouldn't be so sure about Amazon getting it tomorrow too...on several occasions, iTunes has been the exclusive early retailer for songs, while Amazon/Zune/etc. wait until the following Tuesday. Amazon's also still showing a 2/28 release date, though that could obviously change. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go continuously refresh iTunes. (FYI, if you aren't able to get it, I'll stream it as soon as iTunes has it and I upload it to the media server: http://voiceradio.us)

This is epic! It's actually less country than Cowboy Casanova and Undo It. This gives me more of a pop/rock Kelly Clarkson vibe. But who cares? I love it! Listening on repeat.

Its pretty much the female version (musically speaking) of "Country Must Be Country Wide" as in its WAY more heavier on rock than anything Country, but hey isn't that what Country radio is wanting more of? Less Country? I think it'll fly to #1! And Carrie could sing Opera and I'd still buy it, lol! But you can for sure hear her Steven Tyler influence on this.

A certain number one. Her vocals are really intense and come right at you. It seems like this song is actually 3 songs in one, but they mesh. I guess you could say it's country/pop/rock but that's what playing right now. Aldean, Gilbert, Church to name a few.

Absolutely LOVING the verses! The structure, the pace, the backgrounds, her insane vocals. PERFECT!! I'm totally blown away, the wait is soooo worth it!! This is definitely my fave Carrie lead single out of the 4 albums! This is soooooo ready made for Pop, seriously. Whoever wants a remix for this is crazy lol!

If Grammy/CMA/CMT/ACM don't give her VOCALIST OF THE YEAR awards, then they're crazy. THIS VOCALS ARE CRAZY

I can see this growing on me, because it has a really strong melody, and I like the overall feel to the song (even though its a rock-edge, it still works great). But her vocals are a little too over-the-top for me, ala Last Name.
So far I do like it, and I hope this continues to grow on me. Excited for a music video and the impending album!

Add day Monday will be very interesting to watch. I will be shocked if any less than 2/3 of the monitered stations add this song! It only has a couple days this week so it'll probably only squeak out a top 40 debut, but after one full week next week, I wouldn't be shocked to see it already in the top 20 and getting to #1 within "Shania Time" like she used to do in less than 10 weeks back in the late 90s.

Twelve weeks or less to #1, and at least a month in the penthouse.
Expect multiple airings starting at 5AM on tons of radio stations during their morning shows starting Friday.
I wouldn't be surprised if one country station duplicates WQYK/Tampa's stunning feat of playing 'More Than A Memory' 125 times in that tune's opening week, but you never know.

Now all we need is a CMT debut of the music video playing for 24 hours straight! :)

If Grammy/CMA/CMT/ACM don't give her VOCALIST OF THE YEAR awards, then they're crazy. THIS VOCALS ARE CRAZYI don't agree with this. I think previous singles have been sung better. If Carrie wins, it will be due to superior commercial success, which is the primary criteria for determining 90% of award winners anyway.

My review of Good Girl if anyone's interested. And these are the lyrics [Verse 1:] Hey good girl With your head in the clouds I bet you I can tell you what you’re thinking about You’ll see a good boy Gonna give you the world But he’s gonna leave you crying with your heart in the dirt His lips are dropping honey But he’ll sting you like a bee So lock up all your lovin’ Go and throw away the key Hey good girl get out while you can I know you think you got a good man [Chorus] Why, why you gotta be so blind? Won’t you open your eyes? It’s just a matter of time till you find He’s no good, girl No good for you You better get to getting on your goodbye shoes and go, go, go you better listen to me he’s low, low, low [Verse 2:] Hey good girl you got a heart of gold You want a white wedding and a hand you can hold Just like you should, girl, like every good girl does Want a fairytale ending, somebody to love But he’s really good at lying girl, Yeah, he’ll leave you in the dust Cause when he says forever Well it don’t mean much Hey good girl So good for him better back away honey you don’t know where he’s been [Chorus] Why, why you gotta be so blind? Won’t you open your eyes? It’s just a matter of time till you find He’s no good, girl No good for you You better get to getting on your goodbye shoes and go, go, go Yeah yeah yeah, he’s low yeah yeah yeah [Bridge] he’s no good, girl Why can’t you see? He’ll take your heart and break it Listen to me, yeah… [Outro] Why, why you gotta be so blind? Won’t you open your eyes? It’s just a matter of time till you find he’s no good, he’s no good won’t you open up your eyes? It’s just a matter of time till you find he’s no good, girl he’s no good for you you better get to getting on your goodbye shoes

I really like it but this is the least Country song I've heard from any Country Artist in a long while.

In all honesty, I don't care how non-Country it is. It's not like most of the mainstream Country artists today are full-blown Country. Lady A, Keith, Taylor Swift, etc. Carrie's no exception, and this song will do just fine with the audience. I'm fine with the pop-rock feel to it, and it only gives the song mass crossover potential and appeal to piggyback on top of the Country success it'll have.
