This is one of my favorite tracks on the I'm Your Baby Tonight album and I actually prefer it to a couple of the singles. It's a great ballad and Whitney's vocal is sweet and warm. This was produced by Narada Michael Walden.

Great song. This is in the better half of I'm Your Baby Tonight. I loved when she did seductive R&B slow jams like this. This album would have been way better with the last few songs removed and the b-sides "Feels So Good" and "Dancin' On The Smooth Edge" added.

Back when they made real music....
Easily one of Whitney's best album tracks.

One of my favorites from this album. Should have been a single for Urban radio at least. Her vocal performance is gorgeous. Great example of her nailing a more subdued vocal.

The bridge for this is one of her highest points.

Merged. This is still my favorite album track of hers also, but the first half of this album in general is strong. This album would have been way better with the last few songs removed and the b-sides "Feels So Good" and "Dancin' On The Smooth Edge" added. Completely agree. If these two songs had replaced Who Do You Love and I'm Knockin', this may have been my favorite album from her.

I love all of her songs from that album, but yes that song is definitely one of the highlights. Such an underrated song.

I would definitely swap out “After we make love” and “Im Knockin” for those 2.

I'd take out the last 3-4 songs and put in the 2 you mention plus her version of "Higher Love." It might be my favorite album of Whitney's then.
