Adds date: 3/27 3rd single from "Whatever". A good choice and will hopefully fair well. Although I feel they needed something more instant to follow the small success of I Like It Like That, such as Why Don't You Love Me or Downtown Girl. Regardless I am hoping for the best for this song.

Nice choice. If this does well, I hope they release 'Why Don't You Love Me.'

Yeah, this is pretty good. I was hoping for 'Beautiful Freaks' or 'Why Don't You Love Me', but this will do.

This is alright. His voice gets grating sometimes.

Yes! I'm glad this is the next single! It should be sent for adds a little sooner though, since their last song just went recurrent.

Would have preferred "Keep You With Me" but this is pretty good too.

This is pretty much "Tonight Tonight" part III. Next they should go with "Keep You with Me" because it at least refreshes their sound a little. I'm hoping they don't go with that bland Demi song.

Why Dont You Love Me is weak sauce. Of their remaining options, Whatever was the best choice.
I Like It Like That>>>>>>>>>Tonight, Tonight>>>Whatever>>>Downtown Girl>>Honestly>Radio>>>>>>>Keep You With Me>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Everything Else

"keep you with me" and "why don't you love me" are better choice than this tonight tonight part 3.
What a waste. Even if they choose "beautiful freaks", i would be fine. I hope they have more hits but when choose this one, i do not have much hope.

I think it all boils down to the label being afraid to deviate from the sound that got them their breakout hit. They definitely have enough radio-friendly material to not replicate the same sound; but the label is likely forcing them to stick with that.
Tonight Tonight/Whatever/I Like It Like That/Radio/Honestly don't deviate too much I agree.
Downtown Girl and Beautiful Freaks both have a healthy tinge of uniqueness + Why Don't You Love Me and Keep You With Me are both strong enough to make a dent on CHR/Pop.
Regardless; I do enjoy this song, and hope it is a hit.

I just can't get into Hot Chelle Rae, honestly. Their debut album at least just feels so............particularly manufactured. I never liked "Tonight, Tonight" from first listen............but honestly couldn't quite explain why it was I didn't and it wasn't until I saw Todd In The Shadow's scathing review of the song that I found he explained better than I could have explained myself what was wrong with the track: it was completely insubstantial and didn't feel musical at all...........just well-packaged posturing. Then "I Like It Like That" was even worse; pandering to all the party-hardy debauchery cliches saturating Mainstream Top 40 presently with the New Boyz............which is all the more awkward considering it came on the heels of an unabashedly inoffensive, vanilla "Tonight, Tonight", unless you still find getting tattoos taboo (oh.............they meant THAT kind of party! ) Now we have this..............which continues where "I Like It Like That"......bragging about making out with an ex's friends and tagging her on Facebook just to irk her even more. Then you have shameless bravado later on where the vocalist boasts: "Don't roll up when they're playing my song!" I swear, Hot Chelle Rae is one of the most manufactured, opportunistic groups to come out in all distant memory. "Honestly"...........I just don't care either. Namaste, lisping HIBISCUS

Have you heard "Bleed"? It is a very nice song, but everything after that is this poppy rock stuff.

Have you heard "Bleed"? It is a very nice song, but everything after that is this poppy rock stuff. I'm willing to give that a listen later tonight. What I'm trying to get at here, is that I don't get how a duo like LMFAO, or latter-career Black Eyed Peas, can be so vilified by many, including many here, and primarily along the lines that it just sounds so corporate and generic...............and yet a group like Hot Chelle Rae, which has been propped up from the beginning by such influence...............seems to have a relative degree of like here. At least the Black Eyed Peas had humble roots and gradually made their way to bigger, more mainstream and, yes, corporate ambitions...........and LMFAO have admitted themselves they are more a brand than anything and what they do is more business than anything. Yet Hot Chelle Rae seems to prop themselves up like they're actually a band, perhaps what you would expect from Adult Top 40 put on crunk-leaning growth hormones. They just seem so faceless, so anonymous. Hot Chelle Rae is like the music industry equivalent of a Human Trebuchet launching: seeing how far you can fling the most uncharacteristic, cookie-cutter group up the charts and into broader listening consciousness through an utter lack of artistic focus and completely predicated on mass marketing mechanisms. I don't get it. Honestly, they don't even seem to care about where their career goes from here. I don't expect Hot Chelle Rae to be around much longer at all. Namaste, lisping HIBISCUS

If it's any consolation, Noah, I dislike LMFAO, late-career BEP, and Hot Chelle Rae. I've heard "Bleed" a few times, though, and that was much better, so I too vouch for giving it a listen. I just wish it was more representative of their sound (at least on radio--I haven't heard the full album), rather than the "generic" sound they currently have.

Have you heard "Bleed"? It is a very nice song, but everything after that is this poppy rock stuff. Yeah, that's easily their best song. In possibly related news, it doesn't sound like any of their other singles.

#38, now that the recurrents are gone. I like this, like I've liked their other singles from this album. I could see this eventually making the Top 20.

I hated the video. He was such a dick to her the entire time. Stop playing video games with your br0s, aren't you like thirty? I love Ashley Benson though.
