This was one of the album tracks on the Emotions album. It has such a happy vibe, I love the vocal arrangements (lead and background). Very catchy, it's one of her best uptempos imo. ![:d](http://images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif)

Such a feel good song. Aside from the two uptempo singles though, the ballads are the highlight of the Emotions album though.

I agree, jazzy...the ballads were the real winners.
This song is so festive. I always imagined a video with a vibe similar to the "Emotions" clip (if it were a single).

I love the way she sings in this song. This is the vocal approach she should employ for most of her uptempos IMO. Full, rich, loud vocals.
Great song.

I like it but "You're so Cold" is so much better!

This is such a lovely song. It definitely should have been a single.

I was jamming to this this morning, such a cute song and seemingly forgotten in her catalog. I love her intro before the beat fully drops. And of course the background singers really add some flavor.

The was a highlight for me from "Emotions". I wish they didn't abandon the project once "Any Time You Need A Friend" underperformed (for her). I know The Unplugged cd came out and "I'll be There" was hugely in demand but I wish they released this or "You're So Cold". It's been said "You're So Cold" was intended to be the first single. Then why not release it.

Easily one of my favorites from her, not just on the album but in general. She doesn't have enough uptempos as it is, and this has a great throwback sound. It's also wonderfully constructed. I mean, there are verses, a pre-chorus, a chorus of course, and also a bridge and a breakdown! LordT!

This is such a feel good anthem! It's in the upper-half of Emotions for me.
