Remember the late 1989 Donna Summer song "Love's About to Change My Heart"? This should have been a Top 40 hit to follow up "This Time I Know It's For Real".

Such a SAW production (the Max Martin of its day). This is alright, but nothing great. "This Time..." was stronger.
While the aforementioned tracks were very SAW, the one song from that 1989 album you can most picture Kylie Minogue singing is "I Don't Wanna Get Hurt."

That ballad intro is classic Donna. This is really nice. She killed this live, that effortless belting.
That being said, the production (as with most SAW material) was seriously lacking and corny. The C&C and Loveland remixes have held up much better IMO.

I can't stand most SAW productions, this included. "This Time I Know It's For Real" was a great song despite the cheesy production.. this wasn't good enough to overcome it.
I prefer the C+C remix.
