I figured it would either be this or Powerless. Both awesome songs, hell, an awesome album!

I listened to the album yesterday and I thought initially it was pretty monotonous-sounding. I think I remember enjoying this song quite a bit though, so I guess I like the single choice. I hope they give "Burn It Down" a bit more time to recover on alternative before moving on.

I think they should've gone with 'I'll Be Gone'. This should do well though.

If "Burn It Down" could hit #1 on active, I would hope this could too. That said, as much as this is the most they've sounded like their old selves since they were their old selves, I wonder if it being what many had longed for will help it on alternative or if the heaviness will turn off the current alternative radio listener.
On first listen, I think it's one of my favorite Linkin Park singles in a long time. The only recent singles I might like as much as this one since Meteora are "Leave Out All The Rest" and "The Catalyst", and I'm thinking I might like this one more.

This was the clear second choice even though it's not my favourite from the album. I expect this to perform very well.
I hope at least one of my top three gets a release at some point though (Castle of Glass/I'll Be Gone/Lies, Greed, Misery).

"Burn It Down" was my favorite by them in awhile, but I don't like this one much at all. That said, I could see this crossing over to CHR/Pop. It's very dance oriented.

This is a good choice. Should do well.

This might well be my favorite Linkin Park single since the "Meteora" era. I'm guessing this'll go top 5 on both formats once again.

With the possible exception of Hybrid Theory, I've found that Linkin Park always seem to release their best singles from each album second. I haven't heard the whole album and it's tough to say how the singles schedule will ultimately play out here, but this is pretty damn good, and I certainly like this more than "Burn It Down".

I'm glad this is single #2.

I do not hear this being a pop single at all, but it sounds like a chart topper for alt and active both to me.

This is going be a bigger hit then Burn It Down. It has crossover appeal; I LOVE this song. Mike's rapping on it is great.

I'm not sure if it will be a greater multi-format hit. Coldplay's "Paradise" was clearly a more well-received song than "Every Teardrop", but as far as pop radio is concerned, it was advantage lead single.

Heard this over the weekend. After 1 listen, it seems as close to an original Linkin Park single as they could get. Much better than any of the past dozen releases for me.

Weird this hasn't hit the Top 50 on alternative. I guess those stations aren't over "Burn It Down" yet.

Honestly I like the music video less then the song and I'm not a big fan of the song. I realise it's sapposed to be about letting go of someone you love but it just seemed cliche, piontless and boring.
