It probably doesn't have enough stations playing it.

I'm assuming the "minimum number of stations playing it" only applies to the N&A section, so "The Way You Move" could very well debut in the Hot AC top 40 next week. Who would've ever thought that OutKast would have two songs on the Hot AC chart at the same time?

Well it certainly has enough spins now. If it doesn't debut next week I'll be mad at R&R. Quoting a Hot AC hit: "It's not fair to deny me" That's "You Oughta Know."

Hey Ya! has hit #13, is that the highest a R&B artist has reached? The HOT AC station where I live only plays Fallen by A. Keys and TLC's songs when it comes to R&B singers. Who knows in a few years rappers may enter the top 20 on the HOT AC Chart ??? Think of the AC chart with rappers on it

Yes, the Black Eyed Peas made the HOT AC chart, but they were hanging around in the 30s the whole time, which is not very many spins.

Hey Ya! has hit #13, is that the highest a R&B artist has reached? "Fallin'" also peaked at #13 I believe. I wouldn't doubt if Toni Braxton's "Unbreak My Heart" made the top 10 on Hot AC, but someone would have to check on that for me.
