I know that people will really flip when they read this. But, I really think "Come Clean," should be played on more Hot AC stations. I feel the track is quite AC sounding to gain significant airplay at the format. I hope that Hillary isn't receiving any sort of age discrimination just because she is a teen staple on the Disney Channel.
I hope more Hot AC stations will embrace the track in the future so she can at least make the top 30 of the chart.

I thought she would be more successful on Hot AC for some reason with both songs. She's definitely an artist my station, KIMN, would pick up.

As much as I hate to say that Hillary Duff should be on a format I listen to, I agree with you. It's certainly more suited towards Hot AC than "The Way You Move." Now some Hot ACs are playing "With You" and "Toxic," and Hot AC's core listeners would generally find "Come Clean" more harmless than those two.

Here in Kelowna, we've been working SunFM more away from Top 40/CHR and more toward a Hot AC format for about a year, including everything from switching Rick Dees programs...
In any case, we added "Come Clean" about 2 weeks back. On the other hand, we've not yet added "With You," "Toxic" or "Numb," all songs that SHOULD be getting plays.

WBMX added this recently, even though it's only getting about 2-5 spins per week.

I had no idea this was her when I first heard it. I'd say the song definitely belongs on Hot AC, it's actually quite good.
