*waits for the required "this doesn't belong on HotAC" post*
I think it'll stop just short of the Top 10. Maybe 13?

I see this doing somewhere between how "Over and Over" and "Hey Ya!" did on Hot AC.

I don't see this going top 10 at Hot AC, but then I've been wrong before.
For some reason, this song puts me in mind of "Your Woman" by White Town. Not sure why. It's not really a hip-hop tune - more like dance-pop with a rhythmic beat.

WTMX in Chicago just started playing this today, along with "Glamorous" by Fergie. Still no "U + Ur Hand" by Pink though. Considering they play a lot of Pink on this station, and that "Who Knew" was a major hit last year (and still getting played) on this station, I'm not sure what the delay is. I guess they don't want to sound "too" rhythmic too quickly!

I see this being on hot AC because it samples the Supertramp song. Also, even though it's not a rap song per se, I think it's OK for hot AC to play "soft" rap songs. I wouldn't recommend playing Mims or Jibbs, but if Will Smith were to release a new song now, hot AC should play it, especially since his songs contain no profanity.

Well, that's why a lot of Hot AC stations are playing Mat Kearney's "Undeniable" now.

Soft rap & some R&B are all right for occasional Hot AC airplay. I'm really surprised these types of songs were shunned on Hot AC until now. If Will Smith's "Gettin' Jiggy Wit' it" and Mary J. Blige's "Family Affair" were new hits today, they would be successful Hot AC hits. Those songs didn't stand a chance of charting on Hot AC when they were released in their day.
