They Are A Keeper It is no secret that I am a big fan of The Damnwells and that I think their sophomore effort, "Air Stereo," reveals the tremendous growth this band has experienced over the past couple of years.
Whereas their debut, "Bastard of the Beat," was recorded on a slim budget, the sessions for "Air Stereo" allowed them to actually enter a proper studio to craft a more elaborate and expanded sound. The results are pretty amazing.
But don't take my word for it. Why not take that of The Fray's Ben Wysocki, who recently said, "The Damnwells are working really hard on the road, and they are amazing musicians. They write really good songs, and they perform them even better. And I think a lot more people need to know that."
I couldn’t agree more! Quite a bit of the panel ended up doing well with the first single, "Golden Days," and it is now time for round two with the amazing "I Am a Leaver."
