Here is part 1 of Rick's Number One Hits of the Decade "HAC" chart for those who are interested. This being a two part chart means that unfortunately we will have to wait two more weeks for a new current chart.

Obviously, I don't care about this "chart" as it really does not at all represent of what hit #1 on the HAC chart. This chart is probably identical or at least close to identical to the CHR chart. AND for some strange reason we have 44 songs this week! Maybe next week we will have 39, if for no other reason that that number would make no sense either!

I'd like to know how "Oops, I Did It Again" would even be the number one song of the decade. I can think of 50 songs that probably spent more time at #1 than this.

And I'm not sure what they are doing next week. If this is the top 40 (actually 44), than did they post Part 2 this week instead? Really unprofessional!

This chart is almost identical to his CHR one, and the consensus reached in my CHR thread was that there was no order to these songs, so the numbers on his website are irrelevant and just a way to list the songs. They aren't necessarily rankings.
