I really wish Rick would spend more time on his Hot AC shows instead of using the CHR ones for HAC specials. Many of these songs did not even chart on HAC, let alone make #1. Stop being lazy Rick and either make a separate special or do a regular countdown.

Yeah, this show is pretty bad. I assume it is the exact same show as the CHR show. Rick's specials are fine for CHR, but come on, this is ridiculous! Even the Hot AC year end Top 100's are bogus.
This is another one of those shows where if I was a Hot AC PD running this show I would give serious consideration on whether or not to keep running the show.

Not to mention, what a snorefest. I'm sick to death of almost all of these overplayed songs, plus the order had no rhyme or reason.
Most of these songs are played on the HAC station I was listening to, but it was a Canadian HAC.

I can't believe I missed this first time around! Actually, this is one of those CHR shows with Hot AC thrown in, hence the inclusion of "Black Horse & The Cherry Tree" and "Bad Day", neither of which were on the CHR version of the show (they replaced "Run It" by Chris Brown and "Temperature" by Sean Paul, respectively.) Also, "If Everyone Cared" by Nickelback was put in place of "The Way I Are" by Timbaland and "It's Not Over" by Daughtry replaced "Umbrella" by Rihanna featuring Jay-Z. Here is a link to the CHR version of the show, for easier comparison. I agree; Rick should put a little more work into the Hot AC version of the show instead of taking the CHR chart and poking holes in it. While it's true that the turnover rate at #1 on the HAC chart is slower than the CHR/Pop chart, he could still use songs that peaked in the Top Five to replace the songs that didn't even hit the Hot AC chart (or if they did, they made the lower reaches).
