Only Ft Wayne is majorly playing it - 23 plays. A couple of stations played it 3-4 times, but it's largely 2 times.

It might be part of CC. Should help as many tracks as possible get on the Hot 100 next week.

#57 on pop radio with 181 spins, as per the latest Mediabase PDF. 'Red' and 'State Of Grace' are also in the 60's, but it looks like 'Trouble' has been getting a bit of airplay outside of the big album launch deal where stations played tracks from the album.
