Ok, I searched for this in the thread and didn't find any so I should be ok! haha
Anyway, I've always found this song to be one of Garth Brooks most haunting songs.
It became his 15th country number one hit back in 1995.

Just heard this song again the other day, really love the early Garth tunes and this one is not an exception.

I really like this one. One of my favourite Garth songs. He really had a great run of stellar singles in the early to mid 90s.

I just pulled this one up on my iTunes and revisited it. It definitely took me back to when I listened to country exclusively growing up.
I think I agree when it comes to loving the "earthy" Garth songs, like this one and "The River." I miss that kind of country music.

What maybe gets a bit lost in all of the hoopla around Garth (and I mean that in a lot of ways) is that in his prime he released a lot of really good songs. This is one of them.
