BTW I don't know if anybody has kept with AT40 station moves in the Seacrest era but 93.3 FLZ no longer airs the Pop version of AT40. It moved to Clear Channel-owned WMTX Mix 100.7 last weekend which means Tampa gets the Hot AC version of AT40 and On Air with Ryan Seacrest instead of the Pop version on both shows.

Good chart week. I really thought Pink would have knocked Rihanna out of #1 this week. Listening to AT40 this weekend, I heard Ne-yo "Forever Now" as an extra somewhere in the Top 40, maybe after #32? Did anybody else hear it?

Can't confirm or deny. The 3rd segment of hour 1 is the only segment I missed. KIIS screwed up and played the segment 1.3 from last week's show.

They've often done the Two for One by pairing up an artist with lead and featured credits, but yeah, I wouldn't have predicted that selection. Another curveball was Britney Spears' "If U Seek Amy" as an optional extra, when she has a lot of bigger and better known hits to choose from.

Ryan made many mentions of the upcoming Billboard Music Awards. Anyone else get a sense of deja vu, or back to the future, or something like that while hearing AT40 constantly mentioning Billboard?

OK I finally heard "Forever Now" on AT40 so I added it to the playlist.

Dang. It's been a while since there was a filler extra (it wasn't given to me by my source and I didn't record WFLZ). I was almost starting to think AT40 did away with those. Especially when they had an extra Breakout/On The Verge spot.

My station started about half an hour early. Really ticks me off. At the end of last week's show, Ryan mentioned that
Rihanna's record was at 190 consecutive weeks in the top 40, as we discussed. He also said that she's the first artist to close
in on 200 weeks, and he was pretty sure she'd get there. So my question is what is the previous record for consecutive weeks
in the top 40?

New trend: songs with hash tag, #, in the title. Let's hope it doesn't continue.
So we're back to 10 extras. Bad placement: 2 extras in a row, and 2 breakouts in the same hour.

1. I'm surprised the Mariah song wasn't entitled #POW (for those who don't get that, she used that a bit on "Idol")

2. "A Team" was an honest mistake by Seacrest. After all, it's still on the Hot AC edition of AT40 so that threw him off a bit.

If they didn't play "Dead And Gone" as a "Two For One," then chances are, it would never be played again on AT40. Optional segments are usually non-rap because they're the same songs on Hot AC.

They are probably saving JT's hits as a main artist for optionals.

Hey, I like that song! Actually, the title on AT40 is "If You See Amy." Since it was last played in February of 2012, these songs have all been chosen:
