I'm glad they've done a ton of new topics this year (i.e., "acts with 5 hits from a single album," "hits that borrow or sample," "married couples," "most popular song titles," etc.)
But what would you like to hear that they haven't done yet?

Since Casey's used to have questions/facts about the chart, so it would be nice if he used one of those types of topics as the spotlight. For instance on one flashback show, Casey talked about duets' whose combined total generated the most top 40's. Instead of just mentioning the answer like he used to on AT40, he could play the songs. I do realize that they probably do not want to have a mini-countdown within a countdown, but instead they could mention the fact without saying "the most" or "the second most" etc.. Of course, a much bigger problem would be that the songs have to fit the very-restrictive AC format.

Songs by one paticular artist (a la Dick Clark). In particular, Madonna, Fleetwood Mac and The Bee Gees.

Songs that have just missed AT10 since AC stations became so closed to new music that ten songs were cut from the countdown.

They play a few of those songs on the year-end countdown. Yeah, but that's only once a year. :'(

The biggest rap hits of the 1990s. ;) And then the following week: the most profane alternative songs of this decade so far

They play a few of those songs on the year-end countdown. Yeah, but that's only once a year. :'( And so are the other different spotlight features (for the most part anyway). Moreover, I think that on the year-end countdown, they should go back to playing songs that just missed the countdown as extras, instead of number one songs of past years that we've heard about umpteen times already anyway.

Songs that have just missed AT10 since AC stations became so closed to new music that ten songs were cut from the countdown. From reading the AT10 posts, just this past weekend, "Amarantine" was played. I also recall seeing "The Way You Move," "The Reason," "Reach Out, I'll Be There," "Take My Breath Away" (Jessica Simpson) and "I Want To Know What Love Is" (Wynonna) being played as extras on AT10.
