Oh, looks. I can't really tell their voices apart.
I don't really follow them. I only really know them because I work with someone who's obsessed with them (her and her son).

They performed "Through The Dark"? Not here for that as the next single.

They performed "Through The Dark"? Not here for that as the next single. I love "Through The Dark" ("when the night is coming down on you;" that part is so good). I'm mixed on it being the next single; it's got a catchy hook and continues to showcase the boys in a more mature direction that should help them get through radio's tyepcasting barrier better. On the other hand, the verses drag at times and it may sound too similar to "Story Of My Life."

In terms of looks, singing, or overall? J/w because Zayn hit the best notes and held them the longest tonight. Also, while I rank Liam higher than Harry as a singer, I thought Harry did a stand-up job singing the chorus just now (he did better on the AMA's though). Harry was terrible on the AMAs. I have not seen the SNL performances, but I sure hope he was better there. Someone needs to teach that boy how not to strain and sing from his throat. EDIT: Just watched. He was MUCH better on SNL.

They probably only performed TTD because it's the other Mumford-ish song on the album and they wanted to gain some respect, lol.

"Through The Dark" would be a terrific choice for a single!

I'm still for "Right Now" or "You and I" as the next single. "Through the Dark" is good but not the best choice for SOML follow up.

One Direction’s ''Midnight Memories'' is the UK’s best selling album for a second week running with 124,000 copies sold.

Bullshit; they were blatantly dining together and it's sad that a male and female can't be friends in celebrity circles without having to endure dating rumors, so I don't blame them for lying. Also, Soho House is mad overrated. ANYWAY, #tbt (yea I know it's Sunday) because many American fans may not know the role Katy Perry played in Niall's success. During X Factor auditions, Niall had two "yes" and one "no" from the judges in regards to his advancement. His fate in the competition was in the hands of the fourth judge. Guess who? Watch it here. I think it's cute that the two still share a bond.

Midnight Memories is a great song, but its so different from anything on Pop radio with its blues-rock sound. That is what worries me, since this alone could predetermine a low 20s or upper teens peak like their other up-tempo songs (apart from WMYB). I would love to be proven wrong and this be a massive hit in early 2014. I know that I blast it in my car as loud as my ears can handle!

I love their whole album, I feel like they could use almost any song they want by now, but Happily is my next choice!

I love that song but they have so much better options. I actually dislike the song like whoa. It sounds like a flop too. Goodbye momentum.

Reaching. The song is definitely in that 80's hair rock/stadium rock/whatever-the-fuck-it's-called style, but it does not sound like a copy of that particular song. Bon Jovi and Journey may as well sue them too then.

Strong needs to be a single. I'd hate to see it go the Rock Me route.

Strong needs to be a single. I'd hate to see it go the Rock Me route. I know, Rock Me could have been a big hit! It was my favorite off of the whole album! I was so sad it wasn't released as a single...

I'm one of the few who never cared for "Rock Me"; "They Don't Know About Us" was a missed opportunity though. All I really want is for either "Happily", "Better Than Words" or "Little White Lies" to be released after the title track because there's no way in hell that they are getting more than 4 singles this era.

Yassss "Strong" is AMAZING! So are "Rock Me" & "They Don't Know About Us". Such big missed opportunities!
They really do have the worst single choices.
