Um, Firework was ahead of ET in 2011 without even having a full chart run... I don't understand.

Billboard does this often for acts- why exactly is this a thread? Perhaps there should be a general thread, a compilation of all the act-based "Biggest" lists Billboard has done. Maybe I'll tackle it, eventually.

They very clearly noted that this list was done by an inverse point system based on position; which we all should know by now yields different results than the yearly/weekly lists which are based on chart points.
