I feel like I need to rewatch the video because I am still not getting what is so classic, iconic, or legendary about it. Like, people talk about it like it is the new Thriller that will be remembered 50 years from now as a marvel of the music video form, but it just seemed like a good video to me? Good, not legendary and life-altering? It will be interesting though-maybe I am wrong and it will go down as a modern classic that will be remembered decades from now.

I mean, let's be real, even if Britney danced better than she's ever danced before, the video still wouldn't "stack up" in the fans eyes to her older videos. It's annoying that people have to say oh its as good as her videos pre-2004. A lot of her videos post breakdown are just as good as tons of her classics.
And no one is making WB video out to be a classic (well, some maybe ;) ) but it is a great video that stacks up there with her best imo.

It's a great video but it doesn't hold a candle next to Gimme More, Slave, MATM, Toxic, Oops, Baby and even Womanizer.

I think it's her best video, or at least tied as her best with Slave and Toxic.

I guess you're one of those people who refuses to believe that anything she puts out post-2004 is anywhere near as good as what she used to do. It's like fans have some type of blinders on that make them think that nothing shes done post-2004 can touch pre-breakdown.

Why is it such a big deal to you that he prefers those videos to 'Work Bitch'? Relax. Jesus. Besides, in case you forgot, 'Gimme More' and 'Womanizer' came out post-2004, so your logic that he only likes her work pre-breakdown is incorrect.

The video is among her best and if the song had been a bigger hit people would be praising the video more.

The fact that GM is even on that list makes it all irrelevant tbh

Anw, Gimme More is a classic video and captured everything that was going on in her life at the moment. Work Bitch is a great video as well but definitely not one of my favorites from Brit.

IMO she looks super stiff in the WB video. It's bad when all the other girls dance better than you. I wish she would just stop dancing. IMO her best video is actually If You Seek Amy. Now THAT was a well made video and she is giving just the right acting. She's surrounded by these spirits that keep trying to bring her to the party life but she portrays herself as a stepford wive to the public. Geniously executed.

Super stiff? That is so overdramatic.

Eh, the video was great. Granted, she was off in many spots of the choreo, but she looked like she was into it which counts the most imo. This song will probably go top 4 on iTunes UK since Dope is dropping. When was the last time a Britney single did well in the UK than US? lol Piece of Me?

Scream & Shout did even better in the UK than the US.

LPL: I think you should watch it again without thinking it's Britney :) When I saw it first I thought 'ah... Meh... Lots of sexy poses, good imagery, nice'. But then I watched it agree 3 weeks and it really struck me as a great video. Her attitude is everything, and her dancing is quite good. She's really into it the entire video, including the dancing scenes. I do think there's a high bar for Britney and its like we are used to being disappointed... But she dances here better than in Womanizer or GM (really lmao at anyone considering that mess as a classic video REALLY?!), and the photography is quite good. The plot is not as good as Wom is true, but it has a good replay value.

What was with all the names listed with hers on the one version yesterday? At first, I thought it was remixers, but it wouldn't be that many.
