I don't even have to hear this to know it can't be good. I used to love this guy (except for The Shake, which ranks high in my most hated songs of all time). No Doubt About It was an excellent album. Chalk him up as a has been ( I know most of you already have done that years ago). I will still give him a small chance to redeem himself after this single...well maybe I should hear this first.

I heard it once a couple of weeks ago. If I remember right I thought it was just "ok". From the title I thought it was gonna be really fun and it just wasnt what I expected.

The video was one of the big hits at this years CRS -- it has SNL's Rob Schneider in it...

I don't know why, but whenever I like a Neal McCoy song, it doesn't do well on the charts. "I Was" was a good one from 1999 that barely cracked the Top 40. Six years later, another Neal song comes along that I happen to like. Hopefully this does well, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.
Ah well, the lack of overexposure is bound to keep it on my Personal chart for a good while. Funny video to go along with this easygoing ditty.

I was disappointed. I think the song is stupid..I had high hopes but I think Neal missed the mark this time.

It's much better than I expected. I hope he cracks the top 40 at least.
I also liked "I Was" a lot. His big hits didn't do much for me.

I was really excited when I Was came out. I thought number one all the way and it just flopped. I hate to say it but this song is listenable now. The chorus is good but the verses kinda stink.

Just heard it here for the first time (thanks for those .wma links, folks). I like this a lot more than I would have thought, given the title. It's just a fun, light song perfect for summer. No deep message here.

This song has been a surprise hit for Neal I guess you could say. It's at 24 on mediabase today with healthy spin increases. Wonder if it will die down toward the end of the summer. I never expected this... never even expected it to hit top 40.
