Oh yeah... that would be totally awesome for the country format if Jewel is singing on it... NOT! At times, Jewel can be close to folk/country so her singing harmony on a song would not be bad at all. |

Jewel sounded authentically country singing with Merle Haggard on That's the Way Love Goes a few years back -- I figured that version of the song would be awful, but it was quite good.

I love the Cowboy Troy album and this song. Didn't know what to expect when I bought it but iis actually not bad.

I love the Cowboy Troy album and this song. Didn't know what to expect when I bought it but iis actually not bad. It's definitely a different sound. I like it. |

No, it is not jewel. It's also not the actress Sarah Buxton. It's a new young female artist on Lyric Street named Sarah Buxton. She is a part of the Muzik Mafia, as well. She used to front a hippie jam band in Nashville called Stoik Oak. Really spunky girl. Great voice. Kind of Patty Griffin-esque at times.
