I read about it but I think this is a rumor. It would be cool to have more songs.

Can we quickly acknowledge that "Praying" is back in the Top 40 on iTunes and climbing? Currently dark green at 34. Just sayin'... LONGEVITY.

The next single needs dropped ASAP. Don’t ruin the momentum with the Grammys coming.

I just clutched my pearls. All of my wildest dreams, verified in one article. It's everything I hoped for. It's about time they recognize... "Which brings us to #MeToo. How will “Music’s Biggest Night” address America’s biggest conversation of the past four months? Of the 17 performances announced, the only one that Ehrlich would say will explicitly address the issue in her performance is Kesha. “She’ll be doing ‘Praying,’” he says. “And without any editorial judgment, we all know what that song is about, and what it speaks to.” It was of course Kesha’s 2014 lawsuit against Lukasz Gottwald, aka Dr. Luke, alleging sexual and physical abuse (charges consistently denied by the producer), that caused many in music to at least momentarily confront the issue nearly three years before the Harvey Weinstein stories broke." "While Ehrlich won’t reveal details of Kesha’s performance, a choir is surely imaginable: “Praying,” from the Grammy-nominated album Rainbow, is a call for healing and redemption with the sort of spiritual overtones that are right up the Grammys’ strasse. “Whether these past few months had happened or not,” Ehrlich explains, “we felt it was important to give her a platform to do a song that had struck a very responsive chord with a broad general audience, and particularly a female audience. So we were actually thinking about doing this before the dam broke. I think it’s going to wind up being an important piece of the show.” www.thedailybeast.com/a-metoo-reckoning-is-about-to-hit-the-grammys

I think this bodes very well for her chances to win the Pop Vocal category.

It's become so much more than one woman's story and I am looking forward to what she decides to do with this performance. The song is incredibly relevant to the times right now and, alongside being a fantastic song, should win her a Grammy.

You know what, if they DARE do Kesha like they did Sia with Chandelier back in 2015, I will personally spend my life working to assume control of The Recording Academy and cancel the Grammys forever.

I am still not over Chandelier losing to Happy twice. Pop Solo Performance I can kind of understand, but music video?! At least we got that amazing performance

What did they do with Sia? Performance slot but shut out with 0 wins. It wasn't just a performance slot! They had her perform right before the SOTY category (with Kristen Wiig filling the Maddie role) and then gave the award to Stay With Me.

What did they do with Sia? Performance slot but shut out with 0 wins. Same thing happened with Katy and the Teenage Dream era.

www.yahoo.com/amphtml/entertainment/producer-ken-ehrlich-talks-60th-annual-grammys-theyre-not-going-downer-year-023859480.html?.tsrc=fauxdal&__twitter_impression=true"Ehrlich realizes that all eyes will be on Kesha, whose drawn-out legal battle with producer Dr. Luke (whom she has accused of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse) practically makes her the music industry’s poster woman for the #MeToo movement. “I can tell you, obviously, that Kesha’s performance is definitely going to reflect what has happened to her in the past couple of years,” he reveals. “‘Praying,’ that is what that song is all about, and that’s what she’s going to perform on the show. We are going to do something a little bit different with it. I think people will come away with the sense that we are supporting or allowing the artist to make a statement.” It looks like the Grammy's seem to really have her back this year!

I was so bummed that "Praying" had only peaked at #22 and now she's coming for that Top 5 hit, I'm so here for this.

Details about Kesha's performance at the Grammys (I hid them in case some want to be completely surprised) {Spoiler}Kesha will tackle the album's stunning, redemptive ballad "Praying" alongside an all-star chorus of women in pop, including Cyndi Lauper, Camila Cabello, new artist nominee Julia Michaels, Andra Day and Bebe Rexha. They'll be joined by members of the Resistance Revival Chorus, a collective of women who come together to sing protest songs.

As long as Kesha isn’t drowned out and those artists only harmonise/act as background vocals, I am very excited!

{Spoiler}Of course Camila has to get in there somehow, ugh. Way to ruin a good performance. And who is she to sing a song about a woman taking her power back from being treated like nothing by a man when she and LA Reid f***ed over four women for her own benefit.

Perfect song in today’s climate. So many can relate to Praying.

{Spoiler}That "all-star" lineup is hilarious. Have they lost the number for Sheryl Crow, Alison Krauss, and Diana Krall? Nothing says backhanded compliment like a Bebe Rexha cameo.

iNCREDIBLE performance. But man, how I wish she had gone for the high note. Would have cemented the rest of her career.

Pretty emotional performance and I hope this really kickstarts interest in the song and the album. No one should have had to go through what she went through. The emotional, physical, and financial abuse she suffered and no one willing to listen and say "Yes! You are right and we are going to help you."
I am thrilled that folks were so with her and supportive tonight. I just wish all of this groundswell had been there over a year ago, but I guess we needed that one person to take the first step and get the ball rolling.
You could see how overwhelmed she was at the end of the performance. I never really paid much attention to Kesha, but I have mad respect for her.

I can't wait to catch the performance online as I had other plans tonight.
However, I'm super pissed she got zero Grammys, especially Pop Solo.
