WSMV-TV channel 4 in Nashville broke the news yesterday that Melee Entertainment has signed Keith Urban to his first feature film. The film will be a romantic drama and the producers plan to get the shooting started in early 2006. Urban will not only star in the film, but also wants to score it and be involved with all aspects of making the movie. [countrystars]

The big question is can he act. I wonder if i will go the independent route and end up on video. They are a small independent company and done a couple thingsthat have wound up on video.

Why do some think that if they act they can sing? Best example: J-LO...not that she can act that well either...
