All stellar artists, and I miss hearing them on today's country radio. But overall, AJ has the most enjoyable catalog to me, and he is the first country artist I ever listened to. So, Alan Jackson for me.

Love all of them but we're supposed to go with this year only when judging correct? If so then Vince Gill easily as he but out a great album and produced one of the best albums of the year with Ashley Monroe's 'Like A Rose'.
George Strait would've been my second, with Alan 3rd and sorry to say but Reba hasn't done anything this year musically so she's 4th.
Based on total catalog though I think Alan would be my #1.

I was more meaning favorite country artist this year, so you don't have to go on just this year.

But good to know that it's not just based on the year.

Wow. AJ and George = Maybe the biggest reason I love country music so much . I'll give a slight edge to King George. He has always been in my top 10 all time artist. Though Alan's "Livin On Love" is the first song that turned me into a country fan. Both are fantastic, and it's a crying shame they aren't on country radio regularly anymore. Vince Gill I like too, just not as much as AJ or George. Such a unique beautiful male voice. And Reba is the one ironically I have seen multiple times in concert out of the four. Very very good live by the way for anybody who hasn't seen her in person. "What Do You Say" was on the radio all the time as a kid and is still one of my favs from her.

Suprisingly, I've never been the biggest Reba fan. Don't get me wrong, she's had some great songs, but not as consistently as the other 3.

Alan was one of the first artists I remember loving in country music.
George is fantastic and will always be "king of country music" for me. His track record/influence is incredible.
Never been a Reba fan, but again, her influence is undeniable.
Vince is talented, but not someone I've really paid attention to.
Strong list, though.

I've been in love with George Strait since I was 8 years old.
Good list, love AJ and Reba, but George will always, always, ALWAYS be my #1.

Can't really rank them, but I'd probably do it like this:
1) George 2) Reba 3) AJ 4) Vince
All are very talented in their own right, though.
