Noticed in this week's BB chart that 6 of the 60 entries would not have made the chart if it was still using the old method of ranking the songs by spins.
The 6 songs that were in the Top 60 that would not have been on the chart were: Fightin' For - Cross Canadian Ragweed Comin' to Your City - Big & Rich Ain't Wastin' Good Whiskey on You - Trick Pony Shoes - Shania Twain Inside Your Heaven - Carrie Underwood King of the Castle - Matt Jenkins
Seeing that the 59th rank song in spins had 110 spins, it's pretty easy to determine which 6 songs would have made the BB chart based on spins by looking at Monday's MB numbers.
They were: It's My Time (I'll Waste it if I Want To) - Steve Holy (172 spins) So Gone - Buddy Jewell (166 spins) Big Picture - Lisa Brokop (159 spins) I Love Her, She Hates Me - Darryl Worley (143 spins) You're Gonna Be - Reba McEntire (132 spins) Change - Warren Brothers (127 spins)
Pretty sure that Holy, Jewell and Reba all make the Top 60 eventually - but Lisa Brokop and the Warren Brothers might never make it.
I still think the rule change is good, but I'm sure Lisa Brokop would have loved to have made the Top 60 one more time.
