Allaboutcountry has this as the next single. I will see if I can find anything else on this one being up next for Mr. McGraw. They are going very deep into this album, and I need to relisten to it. Good to see more artists than just a few digging into their albums. With Tim having a new album out in early 06, I would think this is the last from "Live Like You Were Dying". Also the Faith duet has him on the radio. [ALL ABOUT COUNTRY CLIP]

Great single choice. Much better than the awful "Do You Want Fries With That?"

Anyone could EASILY beat 'Do You Want Fries With That'. Not much talent is needed to top that song.

This song is excellent. I'm glad that they're finally releasing another good song from the album. IMO, the only other really good song that they've released is LLYWD. I'd still love for "Blank Sheet Of Paper" to be a single at some point, but I'm very happy with this choice.

I'm delighted; this CD has an almost unheard of SIXTEEN songs on it, and this is one of the VERY best one!!!!
Tim has been VERY generous in placing far more than the industry standard ten songs on his CDs, and his last five CDs (starting with 'Everywhere'), have had LOTS of great songs that weren't released as singles.
I was also pulling for 'Blank Sheet Of Paper' as well, but this new single is another sterling choice.

Great single choice. Much better than the awful "Do You Want Fries With That?" LOL...I really like that one. I have yet to hear this one.

Buy the CD; it's one of the two best of his career, alongside 'Set This Circus Down', IMHO.
(IMHO=In My Humble Opinion)
We weren't going to get a new CD from him this year under any circumstances unless it was a live one, since 'DYWFWT' was the fourth single from this CD, and there was no shortage of singles on this stellar CD.

Hmm... not sure if this will actually be released now. There is no sign of it anywhere on mediabase... unless the add date is still weeks away. Seems like they may be waiting for a lead single.

This is mysterious, the song having no trace on Mediabase. It had more than half a million impressions and was "chartbound" on Billboard last week. I keep waiting for it to show up on MB, but it doesn't.
We need somebody to post that this is the result of payola, or non-payola. Then I'll feel I understand it all.

Yeah, I thought that was weird also. Anytime a single is even mentioned to be released by huge name like Tim/Shania/Toby/George/Alan/Faith/Keith/etc, it flies up the charts for the first week or two guaranteed - even if it's not scheduled to be released for weeks. Example: Brooks & Dunn's 'Believe' isn't scheduled to be released to radio till Oct. 18, but it's already showing up on mediabase. I don't know why this single isn't doing the same. Maybe because it sucks? (I haven't heard it, but can only assume). Maybe because he has a duet with Faith on radio? Maybe because it's not 'officially' the next single? I don't know. But non-payola is the reason that stands out, if you ask me. But then, why would Curb give up on Tim?

It's getting airplay in Canada. In fact, it was one of the most added songs this week. I found that odd, because it usually takes a few extra weeks for a song to catch on here. I don't know why it's not showing up on Mediabase.

Any ideas???

'DYWFWT' is still getting some airplay on syndicated programs, such as 'After Midnite With Blair Garner', so it may be a few more weeks before this new single is sent to radio.

OK, this is now officially weird. Thanks for this -- I suppose it just means there's a problem somewhere in the MB databases. Do you suppose some rabid Toby Keith fans have hacked into MB? Or disappointed Carolyn Dawn Johnson fans? I suppose tomorrow or the next day it will all look normal.

Tim's now at #49 on Mediabase with a bullet of 91 and 189 total spins. The other really weird thing about that is that it shows last week's position as being #1.

That's one way to break a streak of 2 consecutive songs that missed #1. Too bad Patty Loveless doesn't know how to do this... thanks for the update.

It was the most added single this week in R&R, although only nine stations added it.
Look for a STRONG debut in next week's issue of R&R.

This is my second favorite single from the album behind "Live Like You Were Dying".
